Cancellation and refund policy
Given the nature of the fixed-date event, the spot cost will not be refunded in the event of a no-show or cancellation by the participant (in accordance with GEO 34/2014, Article 16, paragraph 1).
We accept participant replacement with another person, with 24 hours' prior notice.
If the event is canceled by us, the amount paid will be fully refunded within 7 days.
